No we do not accept any contract project agreement. When you make a reservation, you have agreed with our terms and condition (link to terms and condition). We book your tour and travel after you make either a partial or lump sum payment.
We only accept partial payment or deposit for large group request, but we can’t process your reservation if you don’t make a complete payment 2 weeks before your arrival and your tours will be cancelled given charged fee according to the Terms and Condition cancelation policy (link this page).
We secure your information in a confidential and encrypted private database. We have a credit card processing company to serve your transaction. Our company shall abide with the Indonesian law and we will not disclose any private information only if we’re forced by law.
Please refer to pricing in our Terms and Conditions page (Link this page). Each route has different packages and the price is already included tax, also Tour From Bali will pay the transaction fee.
We advise to make the payment 1 month in advance as our tour can be fully booked, specifically for the hotels and buses. We can’t process your reservation if you make the payment less than 2 week before your arrival because we will need to book the Hotels and Buses for you in advance.
